They’re saying the acid fruits, vegetables, and grains can be used in the food industry to fight food poisoning and acid reflux.
There are also a number of food groups that have expressed interest in joining the fight.

What happens when food gets too acidic?
We eat so much acidic foods that they are often too acidic for our body to handle.
