The simple and delicious Southern Comfort dish is one of the most popular dishes in the UK.
However, it can take some time to master the dish if you don’t have the patience and know-how to prepare it well.

If the meat is dry and difficult to cook, try adding some breadcrumbs and butter to the pan to make it more moist.
This will make the meat more tender, and easier to eat.
