A day-long course in French cooking, or cooking in French, is not a requirement to be healthy, says an expert.
But for some, the benefits of eating French-style food outweigh its health risks, including stomach ulcers, food allergies and digestive disorders, say experts.
The course of the French cuisine, and the way it is cooked in France, is important for all health and well-being, Dr. Anil Sethi, who is a cardiologist at the University of Kerala, told NDTV.
It is very important for our bodies to be prepared for the challenges of this fast food, which we are seeing today in the United States and in many parts of Europe, Sethi said.
We are seeing this food that is being prepared in France as a luxury item.
We have to be aware of how this food is prepared and that is very much a part of this food.
“There is no food in the US or Europe that is not prepared with French food, he said.
But while the French-inspired cooking method is often considered to be healthful, it is not, according to Sethi.
A meal that has been prepared with a lot of French-made foods is going to contain less protein, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, he added.
And while some of the benefits are obvious, Sethis main point is that the foods should not be consumed as a daily staple.
In fact, the most important benefit, according the experts, is that French food is usually consumed as the main dish for breakfast and lunch.”
It is not recommended to eat a French breakfast meal.
If you are going to eat it as a main meal, then it is really very important to have a French lunch or dinner,” said Sethi.”
You need to be very careful with what you eat.
This is a food that has to be cooked very carefully, very carefully.

In his book, Seth says:The French cooking is a way of preparing foods that are prepared in the kitchen and that are cooked in the spirit of the country, which is a mixture of French cooking and English cooking.

Food allergies and food intolerancesPeople with food allergies or food intolerants are most likely to be in need of specialised food, said Seths expert.
In the US, one in four people are reported to have food allergies.
And an estimated one in five people have food intolerancies.
“We need to develop an all-inclusive approach to our diet and food,” Seth said.
“This includes food that’s not only good for us but also healthy.”
And while he says we should not eat too much of any food, the best thing is to eat enough of it.
“The best thing to do is to take care of yourself.
You can’t eat too little, but you can do a lot with enough.”
